13th century castle with a dungeon and a painted vaulted room offering a panoramic view of Saint-Floret.

A 13th century castle once stood on this site. Only the keep remains today. Accessing it allows you to enjoy a superb panorama of the village. Namely that the keep houses a painted vaulted room. If in the past the place had about forty frescos representing the legend of Tristan and Isolde and painted in 1370, only thirteen are visible today. A visit to this splendid vestige is an opportunity to realize the heritage interest of the village, and to observe the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Nous avons eu un guide super Corantin pationné d’histoire. Nous remerçions vivement Mme le Maire qui nous a permis de visiter ce château ainsi que ses fresques. Village historique et très typique.
