A particularly pleasant and historic place. This brewery, whose activity ceased in the 1960 s, is installed on a sacred place for Aboriginals. Despite a long demonstration by the Peuple Djinoong people in 1978, the promoters finally won the cause. The location has become a luxury place with sumptuous apartments and a microbrewerie. You can enjoy a drink, or take a meal looking at Swan River. However, the prices of the restaurant are quite high (COUNT at $ 50 for a simple menu). An Italian restaurant is located in the same building and offers similar services… the visit less.

Besk is both a bar and a restaurant that uses only good seasonal ingredients. Friendly and trendy, in a former printing house, the menu changes often, especially during the kitchen takeovers whenBesk welcomes famous chefs, details are on their website. Many vegetarian options. Not to be missed if you are in the area, even if only for an afternoon coffee. Note that Leederville has many restaurants, but mostly around Oxford Street, about 20 minutes northeast of Besk.

If you're heading north along the ocean, or visiting Yanchep National Park, stop off at Yanchep Lagoon. The view of the sea is breathtaking. Yanchep beach is one of Perth's favorite surfing spots. The Orion café is a delight to share. The owner, Bernard, welcomes you either on the shady terrace or in the surf-style dining room. A setting and a kindness you won't forget.
