This Italian restaurant on the corner of Salamanca Place is one of Hobart's best. Spaghetti, risotto, penne, gnocchi are on the menu... but no pizza. A way to distinguish itself from other more traditional restaurants. Meat and fish are however part of the menu. Tiramisu, peach pie, panna cotta and Italian cheeses are announced among the sweets at the end of the meal. Not to mention the espresso!
