Outback Ballooning offers 30-minute and 60-minute hot air balloon rides over the desert. The tours normally take off early in the morning, and will take you between 10 and 20 kilometers from the starting point, located about 15 kilometers south of Alice. You will fly over the fabulous MacDonnnell Ranges and see the vastness of the desert. It takes about 4 hours for the whole experience, which includes a very early start. You won't regret it! The ticket includes the price of insurance (mandatory).

This golf course is one of the 10 best desert courses in the world. It was designed by the legendary golfer Peter Thomson in the 80's. 18 holes, with a magnificent view of the MacDonnell Ranges in the background. In addition to golf, you can try your hand at lawn bowls, that mix of bowling and curling (but without the broom) that Australians love. It is necessary to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Make sure you say it's your first time to get the explanations. The restaurant ( pub style food) also offers great views.
