Plats régionaux Typiques , Aperitif de Vin au sureau ou de gentiane, Charcuterie a la fourme, Sac Bardin , Patia a la flou avec un Braisé de Paleron . succulent . Désert Maison avec un sablé et sa mousse d'abricot et abricot Confits.

Nous avons testé que le restaurant mais l'auberge etait complet avec l'Euro 2016 .

Nombreuse possibilité de Balages aux alentours . Region a découvrir et Auberge a retenir .
