Timanfaya National Park offers visitors impressive and unique volcanic landscapes. Volcanic eruptions between 1720 and 1736, as well as in 1824, have shaped this exceptional geological park. The absence of vegetation, the rugged shapes, the variety of colors and the imposing volcanoes give Timanfaya an extraordinary beauty. To discover the park, visitors can start at the Visitor Center in Mancha Blanca, which offers free exhibitions and an audiovisual program to better understand the park. Montañas del Fuego offers complete immersion in the volcanic world, with geothermal demonstrations and a bus tour included in the entrance fee. Visitors can also take a camel ride at the Echadero de camellos, which also houses a museum and information point. Hiking trails are also available for exploring the park on foot. It is important to respect the environment and not disturb the animals or damage the natural elements.
