A real hotel with a cafeteria on the first floor with large, functional and very bright rooms with a view

This is the only real hotel in Puerto Rosario at the moment. It is rather dedicated to a business clientele and has a somewhat austere facade overlooking the paseo maritime, but the rooms are large, functional and very bright, with a well-appointed bathroom. Most of the rooms have a sea view except for the single rooms which have a view to the back. The street is rather busy and the hotel on the way to the planes, but these noises do not disturb the nights. Breakfast in the cafeteria on the ground floor. Extremely pleasant welcome.

Estuve la semana pasada. Me dieron la habitación sabiendo que tenían problemas con la caldera del agua. Cuando me fui a duchar a las 5,30 de la mañana el agua salía marrón.Me tuve que duchar con agua helada. En recepción me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada que era cosa de la dirección. Les pedí que me llamarán para darme una explicación, disculpa y una compensación o devolución ya que yo había reservado una habitación no un problema. Lo pague caro para lo que es , uno hotel cada vez peor. Mucho ruido, poca calidad y precios caros. Lo único la ubicación, no hay mucho para elegir la verdad, pero no volveré. LO PEOR NO ES EL PROBLEMA, LO OEOR ES EL ENGAÑO. TENIAN QUE HABERME DESVIADO A OTRO HOTEL. ME siento ESTAFADO Y ENGAÑADO.Por cierto, no se han dignado ni ha llamarme.Puse fotos en TripAdvisor

Excellent hotel, good value, lovely location and views from bedroom of sea and port.
We really enjoyed Puerto Rosiario town - lovely walk and cycle along seafront.
