Located in the Guayadeque ravine, this restaurant is built in the mountain caves of Barranco. It is a curious experience that will leave you with an imperishable memory, the echo, the sound of the stones as many extraordinary sensations for a dinner. You will taste some specialities such as fried pork with aioli sauce, a hearty parillada or beautiful grilled meats which have won prizes in competitions rewarding local flavours. A must-have.

Pour l’ambiance particulière
Honnêtement, allez dans ce restaurant pour l’ambiance particulière de faire un repas sous terre. Vous mangerez sur une table de pierre, assis sur un banc de pierre. Les convives sont nombreux et joyeux. Les plats sont corrects tout au plus. Le service est assez rapide, mais on sent bien que c’est un restaurant touristique.
