This is the restaurant of the Finca Salamanca hotel, in a pleasant setting where you can dine in a rustic, medieval room, in a glassed-in botanical garden or on the pool terrace. Seasonal Canarian and international cuisine, all with impeccable service. Specialties include grilled smoked cheeses, octopus in olive oil, asparagus au gratin, smoked salmon with avocado and cheese, or rabbit in sauce, to name but a few.
