The H10 hotel chain offers two resorts in Costa Adeje, Gran Tinerfe and Costa Adeje Palace. The former, though less elegant, is slightly more expensive than the latter, as its seafront location is better. The latter is warmer, as the ochre building is not so impersonal and not so high (the other is a rather ugly building), with more vegetation and quieter corners. Le personnel de salle est désagréable en plus d avoir l air complètement dépassé et perdu . La propreté laisse à désirer .
Le all inn avec carte est totalement ridicule, on est obligé d avoir sa carte en permanence avec soi sinon on ne nous sert pas . ( vive les bracelets ) . Le coffre est payant et les serviettes de plage ne se change que si vous payer 1 euro pour chaque serviette à chaque changement !
Bref , tenerife est une magnifique île mais cet chaîne d hôtel ne nous verra plus jamais , ils ne sont pas prêt d avoir une 5 ème étoile à ce train là...
