Located on a charming pedestrian street, this modern-looking hotel was completely renovated in 2020 and now offers 29 rooms, single or double, spread over 5 floors, with elevator access. The vast majority of rooms have balconies overlooking the street and mountains, but two of the superior rooms have private terraces. All guests have access to the fifth-floor terrace, which features a bubble bath and sea views. Breakfast at reception. Tea and coffee available all day.

Pequeño hotel familiar, moderno, todo muy nuevo y con una atención de primera, ubicación perfecta en la parte antigua de Puerto de la Cruz y al lado del paseo, calle muy tranquila y silenciosa con muchos bares y cafes cercanos. Habitación pequeña con balcón, cómoda en 4a planta, luminosa, buena cama y buena ducha. Sirven un rico desayuno en la recepción pero sorprendentemente muy completo. Café y zumos disponibles todo el día. Teníamos que salir temprano primer día y nos prepararon pequeño picnic para llevar, todo el personal es superrrr atento, educado y amable. Por pedir algo, haría falta cortina negra en ventana del baño que entra mucha claridad por la noche.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel ha sido buenísima, el hotel está muy limpio, habitaciones amplias y muy personal super agradable. El hotel está muy céntrico y de fácil acceso y el personal de la recepción es muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel a toda persona que tenga pensado ir al Puerto de La Cruz

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti. Camera matrimoniale piccola ma con tutte le dotazioni. Posizione centralissima e vicina ad un grandissimo parcheggio pubblico gratuito.

Puerto Azul is a boutique hotel located within minutes from the main bus station that takes you to and from the airport and other places in Tenerife. The staff mainly Irene and David is very helpful and friendly. The hotel was meticulously clean which is rare to find these days. There is a daily buffet breakfast from 9am to 11am. There is an excellent terrace with gym facilities and jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay and I can highly recommend. Thank you. Therese Leignel
