SAN BENITO ABAD CHURCH
Hermitage with a nave near the church of the Concepción where the patronal feast of San Benito takes place in July
Located in the San Benito district, close to the Concepción church, it has recently been restored. It consists of a single nave, with a red stone arch framing the main door and a coffered ceiling typical of Mudejar architecture and representative of many Canarian temples. This is the site of the San Benito patronal festival in July. This is the occasion for one of the Canaries' most popular romerías, in thanksgiving for the harvest.
