Photography center and artistic complex hosting regional, national and international contemporary artists
Inaugurated in October 2008, this photography center and art complex was designed by Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. Regional, national and international contemporary artists are exhibited here. Of particular note is the space dedicated to surrealist painter Oscar Domínguez and his "decalcomania" technique. There's also a vast glassed-in library with Internet access, regular cinema programming, as well as a café-restaurant and boutique.

C'est un musée-bibliothèque qui possède une salle d'etude très espacieuse d'entrée gratuite avec connexion wifi. À coté des salles d'exposition se trouve aussi une salle de cinema oú on projette des films alternatifs. Finalement tout le complexe architectural est impressionant et avant-gardiste...
