Located in a slightly off-center part of Santa Cruz but in a quiet neighborhood, this modest guesthouse installed in a recent building, is the last of its kind in the city. It is the last one of its kind in the city, which means that it is ideal for those with a small budget. It offers twenty-one rooms spread over three floors, without elevator, either single or double (all the latter with a view on the street). The rooms are simple, clean and renovated, with or without bathroom for the less expensive ones. Javier has been in charge of the establishment since 1992 and he will welcome you.
