Here there is no homemade beer or trendy mojitos, all drinks and cocktails revolve around absinthe, an alcohol made from plants (so it can't be bad for your health...), which was still banned in France until 2011. Czech, Swiss or French, in shots from 45 to... 78 degrees or incorporated into skilful blends rich in mountain herbs. In other words, consuming at the bar is an almost medicinal act! And the atmosphere quickly rises in this small place in the old town where more than one cordial lover meets.
