How can you shop in Prague without visiting Bata? This family-owned company, founded in 1894 in Zlín, is now one of the largest shoe manufacturers in the world. The headquarters have moved to Switzerland, but the Czech company still has hundreds of stores in the country and more than 5,000 worldwide. You might as well treat yourself and go straight to one of the most beautiful stores: the one on Wenceslas Square, which occupies a building inaugurated in 1929, in the purest functionalist style.

Eliška Horčíková (Camper) was also involved in the design! In short, you're not entering just another sneaker boutique, but a designer's den that offers its vision of a trendy, comfortable and colorful urban look. The brand's eco-responsible approach is particularly noteworthy, as it strives to produce as locally as possible.
