Fatalna komunikacja z hotelem przedsprzedazowa jak i posprzedażowa. Hotel pomimo opłacenia pobytu z góry pobiera depozyt za każdy dzień o którym nie informuje wprost w ofercie. Depozyt wraca ale trwa to ok. tygodnia ( w moim przypadku 7 dni). Pokoje czyste, aczkolwiek malutkie. Strefa spa rownie malutka i zatłoczona. Zasadniczo hotel to wielki moloch z mnóstwem gości co skutkuje faktem, że do recepcji są wieczne kolejki. W pokojach nie ma żadnej informacji nt warunku pobytu, ceny dodatkowych usług, itp. Pobranie czegokolwiek z lodówki, włącznie WiFi w pokoju są dodatkowo płatne ale do dzisiaj nie wiem ile - co jest efektem braku cennika dostępnego dla gości.
Szlafroki miały powypalane dziury, tak samo jak pościel. Reasumując- hilton jest tylko z nazwy i ceny. Na plus lokalizacja.

Ist ok, aber könnte etwas mehr an Service für die Hotel Besucher anbieten für diesen Preis. Der Parkplatz ist viel zu teuer-30€ pro Tag. Und der Parkautomat ist sehr eigenartig was das Rückgeld angeht. Leider wird für vieles was woanders umsonst ist, in diesem Hotel Geld berechnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit dem Fenster in das innere der Lobby, das heißt man öffnet das Fenster, aber man bekommt keine frische Luft rein. Nichts für die Raucher.
