I am very sorry for choosing this hotel. Rooms without facilities, not even a cutlery, a spoon. For the smallest thing, you have to go to the reception. There is no daily cleaning. We went to the reception for cleaning three times during 3 days, until finally on the day Third, they changed the bed sheets. Even though we had arranged the hotel reservation by phone before arriving and they said that the hotel is suitable for disabled people,but there was only an elevator, everything was like normal bathroom and toilet, regardless of the needs of a disabled person, which We had arranged by phone. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was very disrespectful and the quality of service was very low. The noise around the hotel does not leave peace for the traveler. I am sorry that we traveled to the Czech Republic with this hotel. In our opinion, this is The hotel is not even two stars, let alone four stars.
