Beautiful rooms within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and old Town Square. It's a safe and quiet place about 100 meters from the US embassy. We stayed in the Junior suite(s) and loved them.

Pleasure to stay here for a long weekend. Excellent service from all staff, a very good breakfast selection, large and clean, bright room. Very close to Prague Castle and a short walk into the historic Old Town. So much to see and do here so we'll be back!

Absolutnie fenomenalny, cudowny hotel, przyjazny psom. Nie mogę napisać o nim złego słowa. Lokalizacja, wystrój, śniadania, obsługa, czystość, wyposażenie pokoi - wszystko na medal. Jak kiedyś wrócimy do Pragi, to tylko tutaj.

Przytulny i przyjazny hotel. Obsługa miła i życzliwa. Pokoje czyste i ładnie wykończone. Śniadania smaczne i bogate (szwedzki stół + posiłek na ciepło według menu). Okolica spokojna, mimo, że hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta. Gdy tylko wrócę do Pragi - wrócę do tego hotelu. Dziękuję ????

Každý pokoj v tomto hotelu má vlastní jméno. My dostali pokoj č. 34 (Lady Constans) a moc jsme si pobyt užili. Přivítala nás moc příjemná slečna Valida (i když je cizinka, umí moc dobře česky ♥️). Pokoj byl velký, dobře vybavený, (vč. kávovaru na kapsle i rychlovarné konvice) a hezky voněl ???? V zimě jsme balkon moc nevyužili, ale v jiné části roku musí být příjemný. Překvapilo mě, jak je okolí tiché, žádný ruch dopravy. V koupelně sprcha i vana, což je ideální kombinace! Kosmetika příjemná.
Snídaně jsou prima, jen kávovar by mohl být tišší :) Vyhovovalo mi, že se dají vajíčka objednat podle chuti a tedy úplně čerstvá.
Už máme dost nacestováno a i v Praze jsme už bydleli v různých hotelích, ale tento je opravdu výjimečně hezký a příjemný.
Jen dodám, že na recepci jsou jen do 20h, je tedy o příjezdu potřeba případně komunikovat. Byli jsme na to upozorněni okamžitě po rezervaci, pro nás to problém nebyl.

Lovely hotel, about 10 mins walk from Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Rooms were very clean and warm for the winter. Breakfast was great, with various options cooked to order like omelettes and pancakes. Staff were so helpful and arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Brilliant.

Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Lage. Sehr großes Zimmer. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück toll. Parkhaus zwar sehr teuer und umständlich, aber unbedingt notwendig.

So stellt man sich einen Aufenthalt in Prag vor, ein Hotel mit Charme und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Dazu die Lage: unterhalb der Burg, trotzdem ruhig und zentral gelegen. Wer die 500 Meter vom Kleinseitener Platz nicht laufen möchte, nimmt den 194-Bus. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem, dazu ein großes Bad, mit Wanne. Der Frühstücksservice ist perfekt, besonders die a la carte Gerichte, viel frisches Obst, leckerer Kuchen. Minimaler Kritikpunkt: angetrocknetes oder zu lange gebackenes Brot. Das ist eine Kleinigkeit und schmälert in keiner Weise den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck. Vielen Dank auch an das Super freundliche Personal. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, Zentral zur Karlsbrücke und zu Burg. Die ein Richtung ist im Barokstiel im gesamten Hotel. Im Frühstücksraum sind die Tische leider ein bisschen eng. Die Säfte sind von Günstiger Qualität leider aber sonst sehr schön. Die Rezeption mit Hr.Jan ist Super spricht Deutsch aber such das andere Personal ist freundlich und nett.

How we loved our stay here, a lovely quiet hotel with a charming gentleman on reception called Jan, he was super helpful and very amusing. the rooms we had (31 & 32) were delightful but only if you were able bodied as there were many stairs to access them, but we were pre warned of this well in advance. Our rooms were very large and beautifully furnished. The hotel is well located not far from the American Embassy and within easy walking distance of both Charles bridge and the castle. Breakfast was also extremely good with caring staff waiting the tables and fresh cooked food available to order. Should we return to Prague we would definitely stay here.

Ubicato nel quartiere più chic della città, nella zona centrale delle Ambasciate. Lontano dal caos e in un bellissimo quartiere storico. Hotel di atmosfera, elegante e raffinato. Colazione spaziale con pietanze dolci e salate servite al momento. Cappuccino dalla macchinetta, ma con caffè e latte "vero" non liofilizzato. Avevamo prenotato una camera standard ma ci hanno assegnato in upgrade una superior. Grazie!

Άψογη φιλοξενία, το δωμάτιό μας ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Τα έπιπλα και η διακόσμηση προσέδιδαν οικειότητα και ζεστασιά στο χώρο. Το πρωινό πλήρες από άποψη ποικιλίας. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, ιδίως ο Jan ηταν κατατοπιστικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ο, τι χρειαστούμε. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική.
Η διαμονή μας εκεί έκανε ακόμη πιο όμορφη την εμπειρία μας στην Πράγα.
