Located in the heart of the lively Žižkov district, in a beautiful late 19th-century building, the Three Crowns hotel offers pleasant, spacious rooms. Completely refurbished in a contemporary style, the rooms offer space and brightness. The furnishings and decor are sometimes more reminiscent of a business trip than of relaxation or tourism, but the overall effect is quite successful. Particular mention should be made of the small inner courtyard, where you can relax on your return from a visit. All in all, the establishment represents a good alternative in this popular district of Žižkov.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The location is really good, the hotel is divided into two parts, there are mostly pictures of the new part on the internet, but we were in the old part of the hotel, we didn't know that until we arrived at the hotel. The hotel has an old smell, it was not very clean, there was hair in the bathroom from the guests before us, the floor was dirty, the shower cannot be adjusted, the room is spacious but it was cold, the heating did not work, the windows are also bad.
The receptionist was very nice.
If you are staying in Prague for a short time, one or two nights, book this hotel, and if you are staying in Prague for a longer time, choose another hotel.

The service was bad. They act nice in your face, but racists will eventually show their true colors (for some context: we’re muslims and wear hijab). Breakfast was until 10:30. In normal hotels, the food won’t be filled up after that time, but you’re still allowed to sit there to (at least) finish your plate.. that wasn’t the case for this one. At 10:32 they turned off the lights and told us we had to go immediately since they’re closing now. She literally said: “you have 3 mins to leave”. Other than that, when you walk by you have everyone giving you weird looks.
The rooms in one part of the hotel were modern, nice and very clean. The other part (we had 2 reservations) is a bit older and less hygienic, so not worth the same amount of money as our first reservation.

The problem is that they have different buildings and different rooms. In their webpage they show newest section but they put you in the oldest one. The room is not how they described. No air conditioning, no fridge (not even a single bottle of water), too old and not so clean. They are scamming people. Only decent thing is the breakfast I can say. Also the location is okayish.
