Biz çok memnun kalmadık. Otel eski sehir merkezine uzak dolayısıyla turistik yerler için metro vs kullanmak gerekiyor. Metro vs ulaşımlara yakın. Resepsiyon çalışanları iyidi ama mutfak çalışanları çok kabaydı yumurta bittiği için yumurta ilave etmesini istedik ve bize çok kaba davranıp resepsiyona götürüp tekrar sordurarak zorla iki yumurta kırdı. Odalar genel olarak temiz ama temizlenmesi için kağıt astığınızda yatak bile toplamıyorlar sadece yere havlu attıysanız onları değiştiriyorlar atmadıysanız değiştirmiyorlar. Kahvaltı için daha iyi avrupa otel kahvaltısı görmüştüm çok beğenmedim. Uçak saatinize kadar bavul bırakabiliyorsunuz bu güzel. Ama tekrar gidersem bu oteli lokasyon ve kaba personelden dolayı tercih etmem.

My stay at Lunik hotel was great,the hotel receptionist were great and helpful,the food was amazing!!!! The staffs went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible.. JUST GREAT!!!!

La habitación bien ,pero no tiene aire acondicionado,una habitación sencilla para lo que yo la quería dormir ,estupendo, pero cuando quise poner el aire me encontré que no tenía, bufet del desayuno ,tienen lo justo y preciso ,las camareras muy muy atentas ,diría yo que demasiados atentos por lo demás bien ,hotel tranquilo y limpio

Lovely hotel a little out but can walk to centre in 25 mins or catch a tram and you are there much quicker! Friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast! Room was lovely with Nespresso machine ..

Reception not very helpful only allowed one teabag and two flavoured teabags only on arrival. No help with booking trips rooms and bathrooms are way too small

Pokoj menší, ale čistý. Koupelna malinká, menší sprchový kout jsme nikde neviděli... člověk se tam buď pořádně neosprchuje, nebo vytopí celou koupelnu.
Jako plus hodnotím velký výběr na snídani, všeho bylo dost a stále doplňovali.

Posizione strategica, a due passi da Piazza San Venceslao. Staff impeccabile, non hai bisogno di chiedere nulla perché capiscono al volo ciò che ti serve. Deposito bagagli disponibile sia prima del check-in che il giorno del check-out. Colazione super, di qualità, nel dolce e nel salato, servita con grande cura dalle 7 alle 10. Bravissimi e attenti a tutti i dettagli.

It's ok, better hotels around for less money

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes und diverser gastronomischer Einrichtungen.
Es ist ein relativ kleines Haus und von den anderen Gästen konnte man nichts hören. Der Roomservice war sehr gut und die Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte auf Wunsch täglich. Das Zimmer war bequem und gemütlich
eingerichtet.
Negativ fiel jedoch auf, dass der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer sehr niedrig war und es teilweise über 10 Minuten dauerte bis das Wasser überhaupt warm wurde.

Die Angestellte an der Rezeption reagierte leider auf Fragen recht unemphatisch und wenig service-orientiert:
Am ersten Tag war das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und der Dusche rostbraun. Die Dame an der Rezeption war von dieser Information wenig beeindruckt und meinte, wir sollten das Wasser einfach erstmal laufen lassen. Eine schnelle Erfrischung und Auffüllen der Wasserflaschen war damit erstmal gestrichen.
Wenn schon keiner der Angestellten das Wasser in allen Räumen anstellt und einmal durchlaufen lässt, wäre von der Rezeptionistin zumindest eine Entschuldigung für die Umstände angemessen gewesen.

Auch einige Zeit später, als das Toilettenpapier zur Neige ging und ich bei der Rezeption nach einer weiteren Rolle fragte, reagierte die Rezeptionistin unsensibel und sagte, dass es ja wohl meine Verantwortung wäre dies beim Roomservice zu ordern und warum ich nicht rechtzeitig bei denen Bescheid gesagt hätte. Sie sei sich nicht sicher, ob sie zufällig noch was da hätte.
(Sie konnte letztenendes doch noch eine Rolle für mich auftreiben, was auch gut war.)
Jedenfalls ist es bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel nicht zu viel verlangt, dass normale Artikel wie Toilettenpapier oder Handtücher auf Nachfrage verfügbar sind und ich diese (auch ohne zu einer Rechtfertigung genötigt zu werden) erhalten kann.

Materiell war das Hotel recht gut ausgestattet, aber nach diesen beiden negativen Erfahrungen mit der Rezeption hatte ich mich gar nicht mehr getraut, wegen des niedrigen Wasserdrucks im Badezimmer nachzufragen.

Хочу поделиться незабываемыми впечатлениями об данном отеле и его персонале. У хозяйки отеля получилось создать домашнюю уютную обстановку, в котором ты просто отдыхаешь и наслаждаешься пропитанной историей Прагой. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, каждый найдет своё. Вокруг чистота и сияние. Очень удобное расположение отеля с точки зрения логистики. Персонал приветливый и внимательный.

Špatný hotel, hrozná pozornost recepční, má špatné způsoby zacházení s hosty. Snídaně má nedostatky. Tento hotel se nedoporučuje!

As a long time friendly hotel to our organisation, I can only recommend the hotel. Our clients use the hotel throughout the whole year and the communication with the staff/manager is one of the best I have experienced when working with a hotel. The staff always helps us when needed and respects the clients and their needs and is really kind and patient with us (since I can be sometimes a bit chaotic).

The location is great since it is really close to the city center and has really good tram, bus and metro connection so you can get from the hotel almost anywhere in Prague.

All in all I would only recommend to use the services of Luník when travelling to Prague.

Charged 20 euros more per day in order to have access to Hdmi on TV. Rip off.

The reviews do not reflect our experience at this hotel. Breakfast is not free (180 czk/person/day). Everything is for charge. Staff was rude (if you wonder, call for vacancy). Room is old, but okay. The shower booth was very very very small. Safe was out of order. 20-30 minutes to walk to the edge of the old town (much farther to the praha castle), which in my opinion is not near the city center. The stay discouraged us from visiting Praha again, but even if we do, we will definitely avoid this hotel.

Номер дуже просторий і чистий але є один недолік (душова кабіна занадто мала і не зручна, ще коли миєшся вся вода витікає поза межі душової кабіни). В номері все є телевізор але тільки з місцевими каналами. Є невеличкий бонус це чайник, 2 чашки і чай з кавою.) Здивував сніданок, дуже все смачно і дуже великий вибір)

The location is very good,close to many bars,restaurants and metro.The staff is very helpful and the single room is very good.

Hotel Lunik is a great affordable option to stay when visiting Prague. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Muzeum metro stop and the main shopping trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with all the amenities needed and you cam even get single rooms which is nice for solo travel. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and you can store your luggage before your departure after checking out.

Very charming hotel, great staff, awesome location! It’s very close to public transportation and you can be all over Prague in no time!

The bedrooms are comfortable, the heating was great, pillows are good… the only room for improvement would be the shower area - it’s small and uses a curtain instead of glass. But since the hotel seems a bit older, it’s really acceptable!

The breakfast is good, the staff is always helpful and warm. It also has great exchange rates, better than most exchanges in town and definitely way better than the ones in the airport!

Pokoje tak akorát.Mila recepční, vše blízko centra.Cistota na jedničku.pokoj byl příjemně výtopen.Snidane dostačující od 7:00 do 10:00.

The hotel rooms were a little dirty (some stains on the bedsheets). The other bad experience was breakfast. Overcrowded room and at the end of the breakfast time only the leftovers were there. Overall it was an okay accomodation.
