We booked a junior room. The room was spacious. The breakfast was adequate, which was fine. However, the only unpleasant experience was the loud noise from the people partying all night. If you are a light sleep person, I would certainly advise you to find somewhere else.

ヨーロッパにありがちな、古さを売り物にしているホテル。十分な空間があり、快適に暮らせそうな感じがするが、とても使い勝手の悪い部屋の構造。

We checked in yesterday and loved the hotel - great location, great service and nice food. However, the hotel central AC wasn’t working, and with the outside temperature around 28C, it was really hot inside the room, since it was directly facing the sun. We asked to change the room and it was done very promptly and a stand fan was provided for us too. So far, we’re happy with the hotel, the rooms are airy and large, large bathrooms and ample towels / toiletry / tea / coffee have been provided.

리셉션 직원들도 아시안 같은데 다른 백인을보다 인종차별 심함. 한국말고 다른나라에서도 호텔들 많이 가보고 이번여행 마지막 호텔인데 최악이었음. 한국인들이 온다고 하면 말릴것임. 체크인하는데 12시 반에 일찍도착했으나 방이 준비안되었다함. 짐맡기고 호텔에 있는 식당에서 밥먹고 있는데 우리보다 늦게온 사람들 먼저 들어감. 다른 타입룸인가보다 좋게좋게 생각하고 체크인 시간 맞춰갔는데 별관에 있어서 미로처럼 돌고 돌아 들어가야했음. 가서 암만봐도 이게 디럭스 스위트가 맞나 싶은데 방은 따로 나눠져있긴해서 뭐라하기도 애매한 수준. 소파베드도 추가했는데 좁아서 뒤척거리게되고 좀만 움직여도 끼익거려서 밤새 깸. 청소도 이게 오성급이 맞나 싶고 와이파이도 잘안잡힘. 너무 화났지만 가족여행이고 마지막 호텔이라 참기로했는데 히터 암만 돌려도 추운 객실. 찬바람만 숭숭 나오고 침실안 티비는 켜지지도않음. 거실에서 티비보다가 그냥 참자하고 말음. 조식먹고 오는길에 리셉션에서 어정쩡한 발음으로 안녕하세요~ 하길래 뒤돌아봤더니 리셉션뒤에서 우리가족보고 깔깔대면서 웃음. 2주간 동유럽 여행하면서 한국인이냐고 한국말하는 외국인들 많았지만 기분나쁜거 첨이었음. 안그래도 청소상태도 엉망이었는데 조식먹고 나갈 준비하면서 방안 커튼에서 벌레나옴. 처리하고 리셉션 전화하려니 전화도 고장나있었음. 방은 계속 춥고 동생 감기옴. 열받아서 리셉션에 휴지에 벌레 싸들고 가서 방바꿔달랬더니 방청소해준다함.(벌레 사진을 찍어뒀어야했는데 리셉션보여주고 거기다 주고온거 후회함) 어제도 한거아니냐 못믿겠다 방바꿔달라니까 오히려 옆에 있던 짐들어주던 분이 도와주려고 하고 리셉션은 대응은... 아침에 안녕하세요하면서 웃던 사람들이니 기대한대로였음. 바꿔준 방에 가보니 내가 예약할때 사진으로 본 객실임. 와이파이 잘되고 티비도 스마트티비. 청소상태부터 쇼파베드도 더블이고 모든게 나음. 수압도 훨씬 좋음. (싱글에서 더블된 소파베드 사진도 첨부하겠음) 어이없어서 가서 물어보니 같은 카테고리라함. 리뷰보면 와이파이도 안잡히고 미로같은 방을 감성으로 커버한다는데 본관안에있는 객실은 감성도 있고 와이파이도 잘됨. 그러나 이미 나빠진 프라하 이미지. 이 호텔 덕에 다신 안 올 여행지되버림.

Excelente ubicación y el desayuno genial

we stayed for 4 nights and had bad sleep for 3 nights. The room is not sound proof, therefore we can hear people talking loudly at 2am from the back alley. The staff told us they can't do anything about it when we mentioned this to them. The anwer is right probably, but does make us feeling they don't care. The breakfast is okay, again, not matching 5 star. Also, becareful with the mini bar. They charge not only the drinks in the mini bar, but also the thing on the table. We got charged 400 crown for a small bag of peanuts, a bottle of still water, and a bottle of sparkling water. The location is good, lots of resturants and shops nearby, and close to old town square. in general, uncomforatble experience, won't book again.

If you book superior room, please avoid ROOM 7. The room is VERY small and windowless, doesn’t match the room description.

Check in good, room good.
Restaurant food looked good but tastless, waiters looked fed up & unatentive, restaurant floor unclean crumbs & food.
Not worth the High price.

Large and unique suites, old world charm, and excellent attentive staff. Steps from old town square.

Estuvimos esta Semana Santa en una de las habitaciones Suite deluxe de este hotel. El edificio, protegido por la UNESCO, es muy bonito, está bien restaurado, grande y amplio.
Nuestra habitación era espectacular como si de un palacio renacentista se tratase. Con los techos llenos de frescos y una cama muy grande y cómoda. Limpio, bien climatizado y ventilado. Quizás faltaba algo de luz artifical ya que la iluminación era tenue y de luz amarilla.
El desayuno buffet era más que correcto con platos fríos, calientes, encurtidos, zumos, café, panes y bollería. El personal fue muy correcto y servicial (a excepción de uno de los camareros del comedor desayuno al que constantemente había dejarle pasar ya que él nunca cedía el paso así se tirase encima tuyo con platos y bandejas). El único pero que le damos al hotel es que el comedor del desayuno era muy pequeño y para acceder a él había que cruzar la cocina; no tenía ventilación y cuando salías de allí la ropa olía a comida. Todo estaba muy limpio y fue muy agradable nuestra estancia allí. No os sorprendió gratamente en una ocasión en que, al salir del hotel, vimos un grupo de turistas con guía parados frente al Hotel observando el edificio y recibiendo explicaciones por parte del guía.
El hotel se encontraba perfectamente ubicado, perfecto para ir a pie a cualquiera de los puntos turísticos de la ciudad, con acceso desde dos calles y a menos de dos minutos del reloj de Praga.

Tento hotel je úžasný a nemám čo komu vyslovene vyčítať až na kuchyňu, ja som horšie jedlá nejedol, úprimne, kulajda Česká klasická polievka na výzor super ale keď som ochutnal... bože, niečo hrozné nehovoriac o teľacom rezne ktorý bol hrubý asi pol centimetra a zemiakový šalát obsahoval nedovarené tvrdé zemiaky a vôbec, bez chuti... ak sa tu zmení kuchyňa, určite môžem povedať že to bude jeden z najlepších hotelov v Prahe, 10/10 ale až potom..

Dieses hotel erfüllt zwar vielleicht die offiziellen Kriterien für ein 5* hotel, die Umsetzung für ein 5*Gefühl lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Zunächst die vorteile: die Lage ist unschlagbar, super zentral, die Zimmer sind für die Lage auch relativ ruhig.(wenn man Fenster Hinterhaus hat) wir hatten eine suite gebucht, optisch ganz nett eingerichtet, allerdings im Vergleich mit den Fotos der Website etwas enttäuschend, da die suite eher klein und dunkel war, auf 2 Etagen verteilt,vor dem Fenster das Abluftrohr der Küche, naja. Bett und Sofa für meinen Geschmack unbequem, das Bett Bretthart, auf Nachfrage ob es vielleicht möglich ist ein weicheres Bett zu bekommen wurden wir sehr schnell abgewickelt mit der Begründung dass alle Betten gleich sind, naja. Wir haben dann immerhin noch eine zusätzliche Decke zum drunterlegen bekommen, aber 5* mäßig war das für mich eher nicht. Damit wären wir schon bei den Nachteilen: Wer ein 5*Frühstück erwartet, wird hier mit Sicherheit enttäuscht werden. Frühstück geht nur bis 10, und das wird sehr wörtlich genommen. 5 Minuten nach um 10 ist sogut wie alles weggeräumt, und man kann sich nicht mal mehr einen Kaffee holen. Auf Nachfrage wird man eher unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Frühstück nur bis 10 ist. Das kann man vielleicht in 3* hotels so handhaben, 5* Benehmen geht anders. Das Personal ist total gestresst beim Frühstück, weil zusätzlich auch noch brunch und mittag für laufkundschaft angeboten wird. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr eng, während man noch frühstückt, werden nebenan schon die Krümel weggesaugt, naja. Das Buffet ist absolut enttäuschend. Völlig einfallslos, teilweise lieblos und unspektakulär. Hier wird definitiv kein 5*Niveau erreicht. Wem hoher Komfort nicht so wichtig ist und einfach nur zentral wohnen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Absolutely amazing hotel, room was like stepping back in time, felt like a king with the emperor size 4 poster bed and the painted ceiling. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food and staff A***

Great hotel rooms & suites only a short walk away from the Old Town Square. Lovely bar area with pianist or pianist & sax player most evenings. Lovely draft Staropramen & nice cocktails. Deer restaurant serves lovely food too.

Impresionante la suite

2박 묵었습니다.
장점 : 카를교와 매우 가깝고 조금만 나가면 큰 거리가 나옵니다. 방이 넓은 편. 오래된 숙소라 앤티크한 느낌이 좋음.
단점 : 방이 추운편. 샤워기 거는곳이 잘 안걸리는 구조라 불편. 어메니티(샴푸, 바디워시 등) 모두 사용 불가로 돈내야함.
한번쯤 묵을만 하지만…

The only fault is they need to have a bigger sign withe the hotel name on. We walked past it without seeing it and then took a while to find it
