Habíamos reservado una habitación ejecutiva con vistas a la ciudad. Cuando hemos llegado nos han dado una habitación que da a un patio trasero. Hemos expuesto nuestro malestar en recepción y no han atendido nuestra reclamación. Por otra parte, el hotel adolece de falta de renovación, y las renovaciones llevadas a cabo son de dudoso gusto.

Das Hotel Paris Prag ist ein wunderschönes Jugendstilhaus. Das Ambiente ist wirklich besonders.
Das Personal ist absolut freundlich.
Alle Räume sind peinlich sauber. Wünsche werden erfüllt. Großartig ist die Lage am Rande der Altstadt mit Metro und Team direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, vor allem die Müsliauswahl ist grandios.
Die Hotelbar ist sehr gemütlich undbietet live Pianomusik.
Wenn man ein paar Kleinigkeiten kritisieren möchte:der Spa-Bereich ist zu klein, die Ausstiegshöhe der Dusche ist zu hoch und das warme Wasser in der Dusche lässt bisweilen auf sich warten.
Wir waren im März 2024 trotzdem sehr sehr gerne Gast im Hotel Paris in Prag.

Ein absolut fantastisches Hotel.Super zentral gelegen.Der Service ist ausgezeichnet,sehr waches und aufmerksames Personal.Die Zimmer sehen frisch renoviert aus und unser Bett war sehr bequem.Sollten wir wieder in Prag sein werden wir uns wieder im Hotel Paris einbuchen.Vielen Dank für das nette Erlebnis.

Went for coffee and snacks in the restaurant. Good service and very charming old fashioned decor. Service was great as well. Also tried cake from old original recipe and was quite good. Live piano player added to the ambience.

Waren hier Strudel essen. Der war ok, Vanille Soße kalt und Kaffee recht durchschnittlich. Nichts besonderes für das Geld. Das Ambiente hingegen ist besonders schön.

Me he estado quedando con mi familia y ha sido decepcionante, el personal es amable, pero en la medida correcta. La comida es escasa y de calidad media/baja y cuando salimos del alojamiento me cobran en la tarjeta 200 € porque, según ellos, hemos fumado en la habitación cuando tanto mi familia como yo no somos fumadores. Decepcionante. No recomendado.

I have been staying with my family and it has been disappointing, the staff friendly but to the right extent. The food is scarce and of medium/low quality and when we leave the accommodation they charge me on the €200 card because according to them we have smoked in the room when both I and my family are not smokers. Disappointing. Not recommended.

Nous avions pris cet hotel pour son emplacement et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Vous pouvez tous faire á pied. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiement délicieux et copieux. Le personnel est au petit soin pour tout (port des valises, réservation des massages au spa, renseignements etc.) Le seul bémol pour moi est l'ambiance au tony's café, c'est simple il n'y en a pas... Nous voulions y diner le dernier soir et finalement nous sommes sorti dans un restaurant plus cosy. Attention si vous mangez tard le soir les cuisines de certains restaurants ferment entre 22h et 22h30

We stayed only one night in this hotel but enjoyed its various assets. Its location is ideal, central yet away from the crowd, art nouveau style gives it a very pleasant style and here is so that you would expect. The quality of the service is a good level and breakfast fantastic, is varied and of good quality. Staff and services are the height. The very spacious room is well soundproofed. However, the bathroom is a little proportionally exigue.
