Top-of-the-range French specialities for this unique restaurant in Europe: it opened its doors in 1543.... Its vaults and painted ceilings date from the 16th century, while its current decoration and wall frescoes are from the 1930s. A must for any great restaurant in the Czech capital. Its recent renovation has made it possible, while respecting the old stones, to create a new atmosphere, more cosy and less charged, where the soothing lights bring warmth and intimacy. As for the menu, it's still as good as ever, so let's go back!
