The best restaurants Patitiri

At the foot of the water, on the road between Patitiri and Steni Vala, here is an authentic tavern that serves local dishes in a 1.5 hectare olive grove that extends to the sea. Here, a yiagia (granny) and her daughter prepare their delicious pies (with octopus, boiled vegetables, onion...), cooked meatballs with local artichokes, pasta with Alonissos tuna. Otherwise, fresh fish and grilled meats. Homemade fruit jams for dessert. Coffee serves the usual snacks (baguettes, salads, waffles, pancakes).

A little away from the port, on the road that leads down to the picturesque bay of Votsi, on a beautiful terrace surrounded by pines with a magnificent view. The chef, Yiorgos Anagnostou, offers a Greek cuisine revisited with an Italian inspiration. Excellent local ingredients. Don't miss its exquisite tuna escalope in caper sauce, its tasty beef tab in parmesan sauce or its mullet fillet with sautéed vegetables and red wine sauce. Just after the National Bank, to the left of the main road of the port, an authentic ouzerie with a menu rich in seafood. Mezzes are classic but not only: let yourself be tempted by unusual dishes like crab cakes. In the end, the menu is excellent, reasonable and typically Greek. The atmosphere is festive and the service is smiling. It cannot be mistaken: the clients are mainly local. Probably one of the best restaurants in Patitiri. Don't miss one of the frequent concerts in the evening after 9pm.
