Until the Second World War, Tilos had two villages: Megalo and Mikro Horio.Mikro Horio began to be deserted from his 1 000 inhabitants from the war until he left only one woman to live there.Since 1974, the village has been completely deserted, apart from a bar that opens its doors in the summer. In the north-west of the village you see the ruins of a medieval tower.
