Perfect location in the middle of old town, very close to point of interests and seaside. Walking to ferries and marina is easy.

Room little small then expected

it was wonderful, the room is big enough, clean and cozy and located in the heart of the old town. you have the feeling of having rented a holiday apartment. I was there for 7 days and had the roof terrace to myself every 7 days. the hotel staff give you a family feeling, they are all very warm and nice people. I'm glad I chose the Spot Hotel & would recommend it to anyone. :)

Гостиница в старом городе. Живописная,узкая улочка к гостинице. Небольшой номер, маленькая, не очень удобная ванная комната. В номере есть холодильник, чайник. Колоритный внутренний дворик. Приветливый персонал. Очень слабый wi-fi, в номере почти нет.

Good value for money for a central location.

Great location. The room smelled damp maybe because the weather is still cooler because it is an old building. Not good for my friend's allergies. We had to keep to Window open to sleep. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable price. For two we paid 35 euro.

Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, tout simplement génial.

Το δωμάτιο έχει μια μυρωδιά σαν κλεισούρα που δν ήταν ότι καλύτερο για την διαμονή μας κατά τα άλλα ήταν σχετικά καλό!

Great place to stay inside the walls at Old Town. Just a 30 second walk to the main shopping and eating area.

It s a good place, nice and clean but I found my room a bit smelly, like been close a lot. The design was amazing, wood and stone matched together perfectly. Anyway it was ok as a transfer as I landed to Rhodes later and my boat to Tilos was the next day but I honestly wouldn't be able to stay more than a night I felt suffocating. The position is great! Rhodes old town is stunning always. So everything was ok no so bad and no so good.

Nous avons dormi trois nuits dans cet "hôtel" très bien situé dans la vieille ville, à 50 mètres de la place Evreon Martyron Sq.. Ce qui déconcerte un peu à l'arrivée (plusieurs clients ont eu ce problème pendant notre court séjour), c'est qu'il n'y a personne pour vous accueillir et surtout pour vous ouvrir la porte d'entrée (alors que nous avions averti de l'heure d'arrivée du bateau) ! Nous avons eu la chance que la voisine, qui tient un magasin de souvenirs faits-main, soit présente et téléphone à "Mickael", propriétaire de l'hôtel pour lui demander de venir. Dix minutes plus tard, ce dernier nous a ouvert la porte et, gentiment, s'est excusé : il tient un autre hôtel dans la ville. Ceci dit, lorsqu'il est là, très rarement, il est très serviable et de bon conseil. Ne parle pas le français, mais l'anglais et le grec.
Notre chambre (n°6), à l'étage était assez spacieuse d'autant plus qu'elle est prolongée par la chambre n°9 (à un lit une place). On n'est pas dans du moderne mais c'est propre. La literie est bonne. Le mobilier est assez beau et de style ancien. Devant la fenêtre, il y a un petit balcon avec une table et deux chaises. A l'étage au-dessus, il y a une grande terrasse qui permet de voir un peu les toitures et terrasses alentour. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une grande salle de repos avec une petite bibliothèque certainement approvisionnée en livres par des clients précédents. Il y a le wifi gratuit mais ça marche assez mal selon les heures.
Un petit bémol : il y aurait nécessité à effectuer quelques menues réparations (légère fuite sous le lavabo, loquet de la porte de la salle de bain à changer car on ne peut s'enfermer !).
225 € pour trois nuits en cette mi-juin et pour un tel emplacement, cela nous aurait paru très correct si un petit déjeuner y était servi !
