As soon as you arrive, the exceptional view of the Caldera sets the mood. The name of the restaurant refers to the date of the eruption of the Santorini volcano in 1500 BC, which shaped the landscape before your eyes. On the menu, you can choose between excellent fish en papillotes, moussaka, salmon pasta, beef fillet and, of course, the famous Santorini fava. All washed down with an excellent selection of wines, including some famous Santorini vintages. All that's left to do is enjoy your meal in front of one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world...
