Ότι και να πούμε γι αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι λίγο..
Είναι μονόδρομος για πολυτελή διαμονή στην Μύκονο..
Η διαμονή εδώ είναι πραγματική εμπειρια..

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Myconian Avaton où nous apprécions particulièrement les chambres avec piscine privée , superbement éclairée la nuit.
A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons constaté que les fixations d'une des lampes suspendues à la tête du lit étaient en voie de céder et que la lampe risquait de tomber . Nous avons averti la réception et constaté à notre retour de dîner au restaurant Panorama, que ladite lampe ne tenait alors que par les fils électriques. Pour des raisons de sécurité , nous avons exigé qu'on vienne sur place pour sécuriser la lampe ou l'enlever . La sécurisation fut faite à notre insistance le soir même et la lampe enlevée totalement le lendemain , obturant les ouvertures au plafond et peinturant le tout. Alors plus de peur que de mal mais décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles .
Peu importe, le reste du séjour à été formidable.
Tel que mentionné auparavant, pour notre première nuit nous avions réservé au restaurant Panorama en bordure de la piscine étoilée .
L'endroit est féerique avec vue sur la mer et la montagne toute illuminée des hôtels Myconian Collection.
La table et le service étaient à la hauteur tout comme le DJ qui assurait l'ambiance musicale ce soir là.
Petit bémol quand à nous , après quelques jours à passer une partie de la journée en bordure de piscine , luncher en bordure de piscine et pris l'apéro au bar adjacent à la piscine , un autre restaurant pourrait nous accueillir dans cet hôtel , comme il y a quelques années où la terrasse du petit déjeuner était aussi utilisée pour les dîners sous les étoiles. Ça inviterait les clients à rester à l'hôtel plutôt que de les inciter à dîner ailleurs....et en bordure de piscine jour après jour.
Reste à voir si ça serait rentable pour l'hôtel évidemment .
Avertissement pour les clients avec enfants, l'hôtel Myconian Impérial semble plus adapté avec salle de jeux et plus de variétés de restos.
Mais au Myconian Collection Hotels , il y en a pour tous les goûts ....et budgets faut le dire!

This trip was for our honeymoon and its the worst experience we have had so far. We spent 3 nights in Santorini at Andronis where they treated us with the best customer service you could ask for but at Myconian Avaton, from the lack of response for transportation, to the cold shoulder we received upon our arrival to the hotel, to offering us the worst room where the drainage was bad to the lack of accountability from both manager and staff, it has been a terrible experience. Just disappointing that they knew it was our honeymoon and did not care. Save your money and go elsewhere for better treatment. If i could give zero star, i would.

Schönes Hotel oberhalb des Strands

This is a beautiful hotel. My room could have had more comfortable furnishings but overall it was exquisite.

Egyedi, rendkívüli, különleges, csodálatos, stílusos, magával ragadó design hotel! Lélegzetelállító panoráma, gondozott környezet! Első osztályú kilátás az első osztályú szoba minden sarkából. A személyzet nagyon kedves, vidám és rugalmas. A vendégszeretet nagyszerű!! A létesítmény a klasszikus kükladikus építészetet ötvözi a kortárs szellemiséggel, minden részletre odafigyelve. Profi! A reggeli és vacsora kínálat nagyszerű. Tartózkodásom emlékezetes élmény!!!! Az Avaton egy gyönyörű, lenyűgöző, fantasztikus komplexum!!! Bármikor szívesen visszatérek! :) <3

Super hotel, aber auch ziemlich teuer

- Zimmer allgemein super modern
- Personal sehr professionell
- Ausblick ist fantastisch

Negativ:
- ziemlich hohe Preise, aber das ist eben Mykonos

Struttura bellissima, personale del resort di grande professionalità e gentilezza. Camere pulite, spaziose. Colazione ottima. Unico punto da migliorare il servizio in spiaggia, a volte abbastanza scortesi.

Negativ:

- Allgemein die Preise
- poolbereich lief zulange zu laut Musik, wenig Ruhe dadurch auf dem Balkon
- Angestellte Manche waren unfreundlich, lustlos zu arbeiten
- 100% Sauberkeit für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war es nicht da das Obst 1 Woche liegen gelassen wurde und schlecht wurde, komische Flecken am Überzug Vom Bett

Rooms and views are amazing- spa was decent- and bar was good. Service was terrible. Very uninformative staff upon arrival- a tour of the hotel amenities and then “see ya” no mention of room service etc. no one asked us if there was anything we planned to do and no options- very isolated with little to no transportation options. They pretend they will take care of anything you need but ultimately they do not. Santo Pure in Santorini was 100x better. The view and rooms are excellent but rent a car and hope you like their restaurants because they don’t allow delivery from the outside… you know in case you want local restaurant food. We found that out AFTER we ordered and we’re told to walk down the hill to receive and walk back up. Sounds like a silly complaint but it’s VERY steep. At Santo Pure they had golf carts and wanted to drive you everywhere, we often walked but after a long day of walking it was super nice to be offered a ride up a steep incline. Here, not even an offer to help. We’ll stick to Santorini and Crete from now on. 5 star hotel and prices 2 star service

Overall a decent stay. Picturesque surrounding which was very magical. There are some minor details that happened that you kind of expect should not happen in a place like this.

-our room had leaking sink in bathroom that leaked into the bedroom overnight. We alerted the staff but they never fixed it during our stay.
-you do have to pay a cost for airport shuttles which should also be included. One cost for private one cost for shared. Our return shuttle was 20 minutes delayed causing our trip to end stressfully with a rush to the airport. Service should be end to end and this was disappointing as the staff and management were extremely dismissive.
-the pool vibe was very clubby which caused it to be pretty messy during the day with cups plates and napkins everywhere. You expect at a night club but not at a Mykonos pool.
-room was nice and beautiful surrounding. But the bathroom mirrors were all see through glass mirrors meaning zero privacy in the bathroom. Totally understand the sexy sea view attempt but no one wants a toilet that has a see through door.
-shuttles to town and beach are free and run decently often which was a plus.
-free lounge chairs at beach and it’s right down the hill walk or shuttle if you don’t want to walk the hills. This was a plus and you can order drinks or food if you want.
-Wi-Fi broadly sucks at the hotel so plan accordingly with your mobile service.

Overall a decent hotel. There were some hiccups here with the room and some of the service that you kind of expect more from on this part of Mykonos, but broadly a nice place.

Service catastrophique, ils sont tous plus désagréables l’un que l’autre et en partant faites attention à votre facture check out, ils ont fait payer à mes parents qui ne parlent pas Anglais des choses qu’on a pas commandé notament un transport privé pour le retour vers l’aéroport qu’on a jamais demandé et ils ne veulent pas nous rembourser meme si on ne l’a pas pris.
Je déconseil !

Resort di lusso dove tutto è eccezionale e curatissimo. La posizione è incredibile! È possibile ammirare uno dei tramonti più belli del mondo. Ci sono due piscine attigue a sfioro molto belle con anche delle Jacuzzi nei pressi. Presenza di un’ottima SPA e di un negozio dove ci sono vestiti estivi alla moda. Dalla struttura si può accedere gratuitamente alla spiaggia di Elia attraverso il servizio navetta: basta comunicarlo alla reception e in pochi minuti arriva il trasporto. È possibile andare in centro a Mykonos usufruendo del servizio bus (anche questo free). Infine il ristorante la sera con vista piscina e golfo è notevole. La cucina chiude alle 22:30. I piatti sono molto buoni e anche l’impiattamento è ricercato. Insomma nulla lasciato al caso. Il servizio è ottimo. Lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale.
