PANAGIA TOURLIANI MONASTERY

You have to go there. The monastery of Panaghia Tourliani, founded in 1542 and renovated in 1767, has an interesting architecture (note the bell tower) and houses a small museum. The interior is worth a visit for its magnificent marble bell tower. It is also worth a visit for its wooden iconostasis and its beautiful icons, including that of the Virgin, protector of Mykonos.
