Artisanal bakery conveniently located along the road between Puy de Dôme and Vulcania, offering a wide range of breads.
Situated between the Puy de Dôme and Vulcania, it's the ideal place to find the perfect breakfast, snack or gourmet break. There are no unnecessary frills here: crisp baguettes and generous loaves are the hallmarks of the house. Every day, Charles and his team put their hands to the dough to shape them. The majority of the raw materials used are local. Everything is homemade, even the puffy viennoiseries. Pastries and sandwiches are also available.

Every day, we strive to work with selected quality products that are as local as possible. All our products are 100% homemade (including viennoiserie).
All our breads are made with wheat from the Limagne plain, processed in a local family mill to provide us with the rawest possible flours in red label, CRC, and organic.
Our range of special breads is elaborated by us with 100% Puy de Farine recipes...

The bakery
All our breads are made with local flours (wheat from the Limagne plain), selected by us and as raw as possible (nothing but wheat and nothing but wheat). Our millers are all independent, located less than 100 km from the bakery. In addition to our wholemeal bread, we offer bröt (wholemeal flour, rye, a mix of 8 cereals, sourdough) and rye pie. We also have unique breads such as Boules des Puys (traditional red label flour, T80 spelt flour, rye, malted barley, brown flax, sourdough) or Céleste (traditional French baguette with chia, black cumin and black sesame seeds)..
The patisserie
Our aim is to give taste back its rightful place by desugaring and selecting quality raw materials. During the week, our range of patisserie is simple and gourmet, but at weekends, our range expands to allow you to indulge and share a moment of gourmandise. Our range is available in store, but can also be customized for events or simply for a particular craving, and our team is ready to meet any challenge.
Viennese pastries
Our viennoiseries are homemade with local Label Rouge flours and Charente Poitou PDO butter, giving them that buttery taste and light flakiness that will take you back to childhood. Our two-tone croissants are filled with a spread, blueberry or raspberry confit, or nocciolata - pistachio
Confectionery
Depending on the season, you'll find marrons glaces preserved with Madagascan bourbon vanilla, orangettes, Montélimar-style nougat with local honey produced directly by l'abeilles noires, the 9 flavors of our homemade fruit jellies, not forgetting our gummy bears with marshmallow and dark chocolate... and what's more, our spreads and salted butter caramel (with fleur de sel)!
Snacking
In addition to classic sandwiches such asauvergnat (butter, dry-cured ham, farmhouse saint nectaire direct from the producer, salad, all in traditional baguette) oritalian (homemade foccacia, pesto, mortadella, burrata, arugula) or our bagnats, we offer hot snacks such as quiches ( Lorraine, spinach feta, goat leek, onions, cheese). We also offer 100% Puy de Farine products such as chien chaud (croissant dough, old-fashioned mustard, beechwood-smoked sausage), feuilleté gratiné (croissant dough, béchamel sauce, emmental cheese, pork belly) and hot dogs (homemade sandwich bread, mustard, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, beechwood-smoked sausage, emmental cheese, mozzarella), not to mention our croques monsieur ..

De plus la serveuse est souriante et chaleureuse, ce qui fait toujours plaisir.
Mention spéciale aux croissants ???? , parfaitement réalisés, bien feuilletés et bien beurrés (mais qui ne colle pas au doigt).
