The Gorges de la Monne is a Natura 2000 site, home to an impressive diversity of flora and fauna.
Partly classified as Natura 2000, the gorges de la Monne are home to remarkable flora and fauna. Starting from Olloix, a 5.5 km hike is signposted. It allows you to discover this site of particular charm. Hike along the Monne, a wild river that rushes through the valley with torrential force. Its gorges offer a complete change of scenery. Along the way, discover the waterfall and the Marmite des Géants, then cross the old Riberolles stone bridge. The difference in altitude is considerable: around 200 m. Allow 1h30 to 2h for the walk.
