Many of the bars offer rooftops and terraces with views of the surroundings and the sea, as here. The Cosi, on the Steno, is another pillar of the night in Apollonia, popular with the youngest and those who like to party. We drink - here again! - cocktails, first in the inner courtyard before going up to admire the stars on the rooftop. The night goes on until the early hours of the morning in the inner hall where DJs from all over the country come to play every weekend of the season. It's also the perfect place to have an aperitif.
