A tasty little menu of classic, traditional and more contemporary dishes, emphasizing local ingredients and fish: chickpea fritters with mint and spinach, traditional Kimolos pie, shrimp pasta, homemade marinated anchovies, lamb in wine sauce cooked for 12 hours or braised chicken with sun-dried tomatoes. There are even homemade desserts. And a nice list of Greek wines.
