57 rooms with air conditioning, TV, private bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and clean rooms. Pleasant and bright lobby for a coffee while reading.

Καθαρό , ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με θέα το ποτάμι . Στο κέντρο της πόλης αλλά σε σχετικά ήσυχο σημείο . Πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα και στα σημεία διασκέδασης της πόλης. Ευγενικό προσωπικό και καλό πρωινό . Πολύ σημαντικό η διαθεσιμότητα πάρκινγκ .

The location of the hotel in the city centre is the only advantage I can tell. The rooms seem partly renovated while breakfast was poor. While I was sleeping at midnight a stranger unlocked the door and got into my room as he thought he was on the right floor and the correct room number. I kicked him out, I called the reception immediately and they couldn't figure out what had happened. They only assured me that the stranger was a regurar guest and that he might have been given the wrong key while he was looking for his room. They never provided a clear explanation. I don't know what's happening with the keys there and the mistakes that the receptionists make but this situation really made me upset and ruined my stay there. It's unacceptable to feel insecure in a hotel while you are sleeping.

Άριστο και εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο σέ όλους τούς τομείς με ωραία θέα μπροστά στο ποτάμι!!. Ίσως λίγο ακριβό στο δυκλινο δωμάτιο με θέα στον ποταμό γιατί μπορεί νά βρει κάποιος καί τό ίδιο καλό και φθηνότερο όμως συνήθως στα πιο φθηνά δεν βρήκαμε πουθενά ούτε κάν μονόκλινο!!!. Καί βέβαια χωρίς νά έχουμε κλείσει από μέρες πρίν!!!. Όμως μέσα στην τιμή τών 73 τού δίκλινου πού παρέχεται πρωινό καί το δωμάτιο με θέα στο ποτάμι σύν ότι είναι ολοκάθαρα παντού με πλήρες σετάκια καθαριότητας στο μπάνιο σύν τίς σφραγισμένες παντόφλες εκτός τού πλούσιου πρωινού και τού ευγενικού προσωπικού τό κάνουν απλά ένα από τά κορυφαία ξενοδοχεία τών Τρικάλων αν όχι τό καλύτερο με βάση ότι βρήκαμε και ακριβότερα!!!. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο σέ όλους τούς εργαζόμενους για τόν επαγγελματισμό τούς!!!.

Παρόλο που ήταν σε ωραία περιοχή και μας έδειξαν γρήγορα το δωμάτιο πρέπει να πω ότι ήταν πολύ βρώμικο και πανω στο κρεβάτι είχε έντομα που έμοιαζαν με ψείρες και αλλά είδη που δεν τα ξέρω νομίζω οτι αυτό οφείλεται στην απώλεια απο σήτες
