Marc's aim here is to bring together local producers and the best regional products. Drawing on his experience as a butcher, he makes a point of communicating the origins and practices of the producers. Many of the products are made in Auvergne. La Ferme auvergnate makes charcuterie and terrines from Combrailles pork, as well as gourmet baskets.
