Although its history began in Piraeus in 1920, today we find the Vassilenas restaurant in the heart of Athens. In a modern and finely decorated room, we have the opportunity to appreciate the cuisine of the chef, Mr. Garnelis, who takes us to the four corners of the country. Try the smoked eggplant mousse with an exquisite tomato jam, and the tuna tartar with smoked mayonnaise. The sommelier offers more than 170 labels and the pastry chef masters the blueberry sorbet that accompanies the humble halva, a semolina-based cake.

Καταπληκτική γευστική εμπειρία. Γευσεις και εξυπηρέτηση υψηλότατου επιπέδου. Κάθε φορά που ερχομαι στενοχωριέμαι γιατί δεν έρχομαι πιο συχνά. Αξίζει 100%

Καταπληκτικό φαγητό. Μοναδικές γεύσεις με καθαρά υλικά αξίζει σίγουρα να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος έστω μια φορά. Από τις καλύτερες επιλογές στην Αθήνα για δοκιμάσει κάποιος ψάρι και θαλασσινά σε ευφάνταστους συνδυασμούς. Οι τιμές είναι λίγο τσιμπημενες για κάποιους, ωστόσο πραγματικά αξίζει καθώς αποτελεί γευστική εμπειρία.
