Excellent address with subtle and delicious dishes. In a minimal and very neat atmosphere, the talented chef Nick Thomas offers dishes inspired by Greek cuisine revisited in the trends of modern and international cuisine. The result is remarkable and much appreciated. The processing of fresh and seasonal products is the basis of the chef's philosophy, so the menu changes periodically. Warm, pleasant and smiling welcome. Outside terrace in a quiet street. To be tested with your eyes closed!

Had dinner there with friends. The place is nice and cosy. We sat outside. The service was very good and friendly throughout. The we had plenty of dishes all of which were of very high standard but yet again none of them amazed us so much to make us have to return to the restaurant. The deserts where all excellent and highly recommended .
All in all a good option to try modern Greek cuisine.

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Simul. Very creative and tasty bistronomic food in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Seasoning is a tiny bit strong on some plates.
