In the district of Lapad in the peace, this big middle-class house with terrace is surrounded by palm trees. It hides 8 functional rooms, air-conditioned, with a surface between 12 and 15 m². Each of them has a private bathroom and toilet, television... In total, the house can accommodate a maximum of 16 people. We appreciate its good location in the quiet, the garden at 200 m from the beach and 10 m from the tennis courts. Bars and restaurants are also nearby, everything for a varied stay. Free Wifi and private parking.

Fantastic hosts. Super helpful. Well stocked house in great location. 4 minute walk to beautiful beach, grocery and restaurants 5-10 walk, 30 minutes by foot to the old town. I'd stay there again in a heart beat!

Ich fange mal mit dem guten an.
Excelente Beratung vom Personal wegen Bus fahren etc. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Passende Preise. Viele Stühle und Tische draußen zum sitzen. Weiße Handtücher.

Aber
Die Dusche hat extrem viele schwarze Flecken.
Es gibt keinen Zimmer Service.
Extrem alte Einrichtungsgegenstände.

Ich würde die Zimmer und das Bad mal renovieren das kostet pro Vermietungseinheit ca. 3500€. Dann wären es 5 Sterne gewesen.

Very beautiful place with great location - sea, only 400m, restaurants and promenade near the Villa, public transport to Old Town, only 300m, good supermarket, only 200m. In Villa Micika we felt like home ❤️. We had room with balcony - great place to have breakfast. In room we had air conditioner that saved us from the high heat. ???? Also there always was free parking that was very important to us. In Villa Micika you can find garden where to rest and grill - amazing place. ????
Very friendly personnel, especially, Madame Micika ???? Price per staying is very good at this place, highly recommend to visit Villa Micika.
