An exceptional view from a reinforcement of the ramparts, a Michelin star and a very neat menu. What else to say?
The charm of the historical setting, the plunging and panoramic view of the old port, the contemporary decoration without any lack of taste of this restaurant still works. The establishment has kept its Michelin star since 2019. The unique gastronomic experience you enjoy here would cost four times more in Paris or London. On the menu, finely selected seafood and local products are prepared by chef Marijo Curić and his brigade, then graphically presented in imaginative dishes. Exceptional wine list too

Quelques marches à monter et vous êtes au paradis. La terrasse, directement sur les remparts, est un modèle de bon goût. Le personnel est très professionnel, attentif sans être obséquieux. On mange avec les yeux avant de laisser exploser nos papilles dans un festival de saveurs et de combinaisons inattendues, mais réussies. Les vins locaux, proposés au verre en fonction du plat, nous ont agréablement surpris. La note était plus élevée que dans les autres restaurants fréquentés à Dubrovnik, mais cela valait très largement l'expérience gastronomique que nous a offert le 360°.
A simply idyllic place, where mix tasteful (in terms of decor and in terms of flavours) and originality. A gourmet restaurant that takes us in a remarkable culinary journey, and for a reasonable price. 60€ for the most expensive products, but the weather is all was possible to eat admirably to 30/40€. The staff is not more qualified and the owner, Gilles Camilleri, you might not find professional longer. Basically, so adventure you are in this charming town that is Dubrovnik, or even in the Gil' is the must-see mix low prices and great gastronomy. Of maxim's without the savoury bill =)
