It is one of the most famous restaurants in the city, an institution, where hoteliers send their clients without hesitation. We therefore advise you to make a reservation, especially in high season when the tables are quickly filled. The owner and his wife will welcome you with a few words in French and will tell you about their Dalmatian cuisine: a good plate of cold cuts, cheeses, grilled fish and seafood, grilled vegetables, blitva... A good wine list and tempting desserts! Here the customer is really "the king".

Zwei Jahre nach unserem ersten Besuch wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Leckeres, frisches Essen, top Service und der gastfreundlichste Besitzer, den man sich vorstellen kann.
Ein echter King eben! Seit 51 Jahren an Ort und Stelle und ein Garant für Qualität und Freundlichkeit.

Really good restaurant, good atmosphere ,,they almost got 5 stars, but the meat on the veal shank was dry compared to how we do it in Denmark.
