Невероятный отель!Очень красивый,модерновый,огромный, я редко где встречала столько плюсов в 1 месте!Понравилось всё:номера-сказка!Стильные,чистые,современные,дизайн крутой и удобный во всем!Все этажи,холлы,бар,ресторан,террасы,бассейн фантастика,уют и комфорт!Еда такая вкусная,что я уверена не найдется человека,который скажет другое.Этот гиганский ассортимент -волшебство,а повара-кудесники!Пляж прикольный,он там не один даже,всё на них есть.Но используйте лучше левый,там нет ежей.Один маленький минус-отель не в центре города.Но если вы с машиной,то проблемы ноль,20 минут и вы в old town????????

U vašem hotelu sam odsjela povodom odžavanja poslovne konferencije te smo u paketu imali puni pansion.
Na žalost moram istaknuti jako lošu ponudu hrane. Hrana, osim što je bilo jako malo izbora, je bila neukusna (bez začina) i lošeg stanja. Ventilacija u sobama (u wc-u) ne postoji te je jako neugodno kada se iz sobe šire mirisi iz kupatila. Tepisoni (podovi) u sobama su jako šporki kao da nisu oprani od kad je hotel napravljen. Spa centar je također u lošem stanju i također zahtjeva obnovu.
Smatram da nisam dobila vrijednost za svoj novac jer za ovu cijenu bi ponuda trebala biti bolja. Željela bih pohvaliti osoblje hotela i Spa centra jer su oni jedina svijetla točka u ovom kompleksu.

Kad kažu da su ljudi sve u hotelijerstvu, misle na hotel Ivan. Jako lijepo iskustvo: ljudi od konobarice do omlet majstorica su predivni.

I don't even know where to start.. We travelled as a couple, we were so excited to be the first time in Croatia!! It's a beautiful country, but the people are so rude and uneducated. So much attitude,unbelievable! From the airport to our entire one week stay at this Iván hotel..
We arrived at 12pm in the afternoon, had a package with jet2holiday, bed and breakfast for a week, but when we arrived they told us the check in is at 3pm..we had no idea, they didn't offer any excuses, just told us *wait in the lobby*. So actually half of our day was wasted, and of course the breakfast that we paid for, they didn't offer us lunch or dinner instead. There was complimentary water and prosseco on the side, we didn't see, only after checking in, but no one offered us. They have all kind of activities during the evening, but reception doesn't say a word about it. There's no information whatsoever. For the amount we paid, the treatment isn't right. The resort is understaffed, with most of them unprofessional and barely speaking English,which is a shame, as you have lots of tourists!! We made a small complaint at the front desk, there was the manager, Kasia or so, I don't remember exactly, and she was laughing at us.treat your guest in the right way!
Plus, You have to pay for everything extra, indoor pool, sunbeds on the beach, book dinner in restaurants, otherwise you can be refused to enter.. There's still Covid rules, indoor is closed, which makes no sense, having an indoor pool opened, but the restaurants not. Everything is opened Until 23,max 00.???? We had food poisoning from this place, we asked for some medicines, they don't know what's that, as none of them had not even a pain killer ???? the pharmacy is in the center, which only with taxi can go, if you don't drive. I will never recommend to people to come here! Train your staff and change your attitudes!

Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the conference rooms where I conducted my meetings. The catering services were excellent, and the culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurants were simply divine.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Ivan was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to making my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Ivan to anyone visiting Šibenik, whether for business or leisure. You won't be disappointed!

Nemaju besplatno punjenje za EV za goste hotela... Večera je gotova točno po rasporedu... Ako dođeš malo na knap nema dodatnog stavljanja... Ne možeš ni vode dobiti nakon isteka vremena ????????‍♂️????????‍♂️

U hotelu Ivan sam imala najbolju sobu koju je održavala gospođa Mirela. Njezina izvanredna briga za čistoću i udobnost činila je boravak nezaboravnim. Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji traže vrhunsku uslugu.

Beautiful hotel with beach complex and aquapark for kids and adolts.
Hotel staf in restaurant, bars and on the reception desk very polite and helpful. It was my first visit but the staff make me feel like am here every year.

Poštovani sve pet. Imam jednu zamolbu. Gospođa koja pomaže u pripremi doručka ima ne primjerenu opremu odnosno tave su joj premale i padaju. Djetnica je jako ljubazna ali kao dugogodišnji gost vam želim ukazati na ovaj detalj kako bi olakšali rad svojim djelatnicima. Lp

Relaxing, staff is polite. Spa is amazing, swimming pool with sea water, massages, Mrs/Miss. Bulan was great. Beaches as usual picture perfect.

Upravo sam se vratila s kratkog odmora iz hotela Ivan,odmora i oduševljena cilom uslugom. Sve je bilo , divno od večere, doručka bazena, soba, šetnice. Ma top ste, i vraćam se opet

Super bazen sa grijanom morskom vodom, ali nekako fali ostalog sadržaja.

The best thing about this hotel is their kind staff! Also, the food was delicious and our room was very clean. The spa centar is perfect for relaxed weekend. We felt really welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Magnificent resort hotel, in an idyllic setting!

At the waterfront while leaving the hotel. With an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool with sea water. Restoration excellent and varied with plenty of choice. Very quiet and superb activities. Leisure. Beautiful walks around the hotel. It is really a super souvenir!
