During one week that I spend in Laguna, i can just say that hotel, cleaneless, food, service and overall experience exceeded all my expectations.Especially overall hospitality of all staff , just few names that really make my stay exceptional ..Dejan from Reception desk, Sanja from Houskeeping and Sasa Restaurant Manager....for sure i will be back ! 5 star service, thank you for making great memories!

Soba nekoliko majhna. Osebje izredno ustrežljivo in prijazno. Hrana okusna - ni ravno prilagojena vegetarjancem. Škoda, da je wellness v sosednjem hotelu. Poudarek - prijazno osebje.

Leider wurde bei der Buchung nicht informiert dass auch Kindergruppen im Hotel untergebracht sind. (Um 6:50 Treffpunkt am Flur inkl. Geschrei, im Zimmer und Flur wird Fußball gespielt, also von Erholung keine Spur. Und die Aufsichtspersonen? Ist es egal.

Nach einem sehr verständnisvollem und konstruktiven Gesprächs mit der Frau Direktorin des Hotels wurde meine Kritik zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit ernst genommen und die Probleme gelöst. Ich freue mich, demnächst wieder, Gast im Hotel Arminess Laguna zu sein.
