Getting around by train Pula

In Croatia and Istria in particular, the rail network is underdeveloped. Based on a railroad line running alongside the sea, a 15-minute walk from the town center, Pula's train station is somewhat isolated. It only serves regional lines. Tickets are available for inland Istrian towns such as Pazin and Buzet, and as far as Koper, a Slovenian seaside resort on the border. For Rijeka, the train stops at Lupoklav, where a bus completes the journey. More connections for northern Istria to Trieste or Ljubljana.
