Louis Ambrosio, a former apprentice of Pierre Nury, took over the reins of Fournil 1869 a few years ago, with the help of his partner Adeline. People always come from far and wide to buy their baguette here! Let yourself be tempted by authentic bread made the old-fashioned way, with the pronounced taste, texture and appearance of the bread of yesteryear. Here, bread comes in all shapes and flavors: Tradition, Mon Blé, Combraille au levain... Other specialties include Chazeron, a delicious caramelized hazelnut cake.

Pierre Nurry has passed on all the recipes from Le Fournil 1869 to Louis Ambrioso and Adeline Legendre, such as the "Pain des Combrailles" for example or the "Chazeron".

Louis Ambrioso and Adeline Legendre also propose new recipes according to the seasons, resulting from their travels

Pavé bio type 80, Rustik and Pavé bio type 80 with walnuts, and with walnut oil from the oil mill of Blot the weekends.s

Cela fait plusieurs fois que j ai du pain trop cuit
Par contre très bon pain d épices ainsi que les gâteaux
Personnels chaleureux et très belle boulangerie intérieur très propre

Un lieu où vous devez vous arrêtez si vous avez le palais fin !! Une chanson de Brassens dit chez elle tout est bon ,il n'y a rien à jeter, c'est le cas pour ce lieu !!????????
