Friendly staff with a smile and the information provided make you want to explore everything in and around the city since the Hotel is also in the city center.
The rooms I was visited are all well equipped with beautiful views of the hills just in front and especially when you have lunch at the Soho Rooftop and the delicious dishes of the Chef.
The variety of cocktails that the Barman serves you in the evening at the Soho Rooftop, the ambient music not too loud and the service staff as well as the person who comes with his cleaning products when,I accidentally spilled my mojito glass on the floor.
Well maintained garden and green plants give you the idea that it is an establishment that thinks of the environment.
This wass such an amazing and one of the best experiences , The crew is very accomadating and offer some of the best excursions at this establishment. If you come across Fabien and Teddy just know that you are in good hands. Great wifi breakfest room service and amazing views as well
Place was absolutely fantastic. Free laundry (to do one’s own); large, clean, modern rooms, fantastic WiFi (perfect for work), complimentary coffee, very nice restaurant on the 5th floor, and super nice staff. I’ve been to more than 40 countries and for its price point it’s possibly the best deal I’ve ever gotten.
I have stayed for a whole week in the Hotel.
The rooms are well designed and quiet.
The staff is always very friendly and supportive.
This has been a real treat and intend to come back.

Currently staying here for the rest of the week for business trip.
This hotel works well for professionals, location is great, plenty of restaurants around and has 2 restaurants on site.
The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but space is well managed. Lobby is small, and unusable. Gym is on the smaller size as well, a room repurposed to a gym.
Room is where it shines, very close to a 5 star room! It’s lux comfortable, modern and has a mini kitchen.
In short, this hotel is good for someone to enjoy a comfortable and luxury room and its amenities, as well as a good location.
Improvements: some staff should be trained on hospitality especially at the front desk, since that is the first experience for incoming customer, a simple hello goes a long way. Similar feedback for the top roof restaurant.
The elevator is annoying as well, it’s prioritizing going down, sometimes it takes 5 min to get a ride up from non 0’s level.
**Update**: The staff is open to feedback, and showed that they care about their customers. Manager went to my room and discussed briefly the feedback. Immediately I saw improvements in the lobby. Not 100% but effort was there. ????
Great hotel in Tana, by any standards! The location is great for walking around the city, the airport shuttle is free (amazing), and the food is the best I had in Madagascar… cannot recommend enough!!
The Problems already start before you arrive. Changing dates as promised in the booking confirmation is nothing that this hotel wants nor does. It really feels like a scam. I will avoid radisson at all cost anytime from now.
The room I stayed in was nice. The staff was helpful even thoough I had a problem with my card the first night. Throughout the stay they were helpful with everything I needed. The location wasn't so great, there are restaurants nearby but a few things around the place degrade what could otherwise be a great location.
Note that the hotel does not accept payment in euros via Mastercard and forces you to pay the difference in currency when you are already paying exorbitant payment fees. We had discussed this with the booking manager who was very understanding but the financial director would have none of it. In the end, we had to pay a much higher fee than the one announced on the booking, unbearable! Because of this "small" disagreement, our stay was not very pleasant and not at all relaxing. It's them who don't have an adequate TPE and it's up to us to struggle to find solutions and to pay more, very disappointing for a hotel of this standing!
Great value for the money. Huge walk in shower, thick towels and wee kitchen. King size bed, a little soft albeit. Get the Hill view side , believe me on this .
