In a breathtaking natural setting, on the summit, the giant statues of Nemrut contemplate eternity in silence at an altitude of 2,300 meters. The king of the Commagens Antiochos I (1st century B.C.) is buried at the top of this mountain. Access by all-terrain car from Kahta (70 km). The majority of the tours offered are from the towns of Kahta and Malatya, but excursions are also possible from Cappadocia (incidentally, it is a very pleasant stage to do in two days) or Şanlıurfa or Karadut.

Superbe paysages de montagnes d'ou les statues géantes contemplent cette magnifiques région.
Les têtes sont tombés lors d'un tremblement de terre , mais être au pied de celle-ci
confère une agréable impression.
L’accès au Tumulus et aux statues est en pente raide.
Faire le tour complet du Tumulus, car il y a 2 emplacements de statues.
