A lovely hotel in Ortahisar, the Vita Cave Suites seduces with its troglodytic charm, with rooms dug directly into the rock, typical of Cappadocia. The hotel boasts some 15 elegantly decorated rooms, with quality bedding and well-appointed facilities. There are several terraces where you can enjoy the scenery, particularly at sunrise, when you can admire the ballet of hot-air balloons flying over the valley. The buffet breakfast is copious and tasty. A fine address for a peaceful stay.
