The archaeological museum of Canakkale is rather small but its collection includes some valuable objects, copper or glass, vases and beautiful jewelry from the excavations of Tenedos, Dardanos, Troy and Assos. Note the beautiful bust of Hadrian discovered in Troy. The museum is located 2 km from the city center. You can reach it on foot after a fifteen minute walk or with one of the many buses that pass through this route.
