Curious, but it is a private place transformed into a restaurant that accepts visitors by paying them, which gives the right to visit. As far as the site is concerned, it is beautiful and especially empty, compared to the tanks of the Basilica! Refreshing especially during the warmer summer. This is the oldest known cistern since it concerns Constantine I period (th century). The 1001 columns of its name remain a mystery since it only accounts for 224.
